Description:

Title: Executive Director of Next Gen Ministries (member of Directional Leadership Team)

Reports to: Lead Pastor

Primary Objective: We are seeking a dynamic, executive level leader who will help create a culture of multiplication, engagement and growth for our Next Gen ministries, while supporting our aggressive strategy and vision to plant 1,000 churches in the next 20 years.


Key Responsibility Areas:
● Create system and oversee and grow Residency program raising up next generation leaders for Restoration as well as Restoration church plants
● Implement Residency program into each ministry area along with ministry leader
● Ability to strategize, bringing vision, ideas and leadership to the Directional Team
● Oversee and grow Restoration Kidz and Student Ministry encouraging a lifestyle of passionately following Jesus
● Recruit, train, equip and cast vision for Restoration Kidz, Student Ministry and Residency program
● Plan and implement Orange Weekends and Phase events as well as monthly Restoration Kidz big days and special events
● Create an excellent Orange environment for families
● Assure strong operational and fiscal management by maintaining department budgets
● Volunteer recruitment and management including training and appreciation events
● Maintain clear and regular communication on website and E updates/social media for each Next Gen ministry

Requirements & Qualifications:

● Proven ability to communicate
● Proven strength and ability to develop, coach and train leaders
● Experience in growing an Orange Ministry
● Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to recruit and train staff
● Strong relational skills with proven success in mobilizing volunteers
● Action oriented, self-starter, accurate, organized, creative, efficient, with ability to multi-task
● Demonstrate experience and knowledge in organizational development and management
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), web & database management systems
● Project management ability
● Commitment to the mission/vision of the RCC
