The Processing Center Administrative Associate will support the regional office by performing a variety of administrative duties that includes:
• Initial scheduler/phone support for volunteers who are calling in to serve in one of our shoebox processing centers
• Assisting with Processing Center set up/start up and organizational tasks
• Answering phones in a timely and gracious manner at the Processing Center
• Calling to remind volunteers of their scheduled times to serve
• Tracking data and processing paperwork from different shoebox drop of locations
• Entering and maintaining volunteer data
• Handling promotional material order requests
• Preparing and mailing a variety of correspondence
• Monitoring and responding to inquiries in the general email inbox
• Other duties as assigned
This is a full time, seasonal/temporary position for approximately four months (September through December 2017).

Qualified candidates will have highly developed administrative, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Candidate will be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook are required. Candidate will demonstrate a strong Christian Witness. An Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and six months to one year related experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
