Position Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, and other general administrative duties.

Position Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone calls and directs the caller to the appropriate staff person
• Provides general information to callers such as address, phone number, and hours of operation
• Forwards general delivery email and voicemail to appropriate staff person
• Greets and directs visitors to the appropriate staff person
• Monitors visitor access and maintains security awareness
• Receives packages and notifies person of its arrival
• Responsible for the ordering and stocking of office supplies
• Provides general administrative support as needed

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Customer service skills
• Professional personal presentation
• Skilled in administrative functions
• Skilled in use of computer, computer programs, and telephone equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and organized
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects
• Flexible and adaptable to change, unexpected demands and interruptions

Personal Qualifications:
• Deep commitment to a personal relationship with God and a desire to serve Him in a worldwide ministry
• Christian character that reflects and embodies the Christian values, beliefs and principles foundational to WorldVenture, and a willingness to subscribe to the eight-point doctrinal statement
• Service-oriented attitude of assisting and serving others
• A team player that displays humility and a learner’s attitude

Education or Formal Training:
• High school diploma
• Experience in customer service

Work Environment/Physical Activities:
• Office environment
