The Company: Aslan Corporation is a multi-generational family construction business that brings integrity, quality, imagination, and passion to every project. Our specialized construction focuses on designing and building car washes across Colorado’s front range and we are looking to grow our team with a motivated Construction Administrative Clerk to join or administrative branch.

The Position: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can take charge of key administrative duties for our organization. This person must be able to prioritize tasks, drive projects to completion, and be meticulous about deadlines. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, preparing and completing bank draws for construction projects; collecting and processing invoices and lien waivers; and creating and delivering subcontractor agreements

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of construction experience and a proven history of administrative excellence.


Prepare and send subcontractor agreements (15-30 per project).
Set up account files in One Drive System (Microsoft Office).
Collect and process invoices and lien waivers; transfer information to all bank AIA forms.
Process draw requests and change orders by preparing, collecting, and reviewing required documents adhering to draw management policy and procedures.
Understand the construction budget and how it pertains to the specific projects.
Ensure strict confidentiality regarding all business and client matters/documents.
Track construction project schedules/deadlines.
Prepare and review the required documents for signatures and accuracy.
Constantly adapt to evolving lender guidelines and policies.
Maintain internal construction file information with accurate and up-to-date notes, regular follow ups, and timely and professional communication.
Manage and track construction project schedules/deadlines.
Communicates effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.


At least one year of construction industry experience with strong financial comprehension.
Proven history of administrative excellence and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other software platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to details.
Excellent customer service skills and a naturally positive demeanor.
Comfortable with software and technology.
An understanding of AIA documents.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to perform multiple assignments without immediate supervision.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.


$18-20/hour (90 day probation period). Note: This is a part-time position, three days a week with the possibility of turning into a full-time position by year-end.
