Bud’s Warehouse is a faith based non-profit job training program for individuals coming out of homelessness, addictions, and prison. We are seeking a Case Manager that is able to use strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to help benefit and advocate for the individuals in our nonprofit job training program.

The Case Manager is responsible for assisting in our lifeskill training program. They will be an advocate and resource for the self-sufficiency of employees facing barriers to employment. This position reports to the Bud’s Warehouse Director and includes the following responsibilities:

Assisting the Director in implementing a case management system in order to help advance the mission and vision of BUDS.

Weekly one-on-one meetings with program participants. 

Establishing an initial, base assessment of individual program participants as well as a departure assessment as a means of tracking individuals progress within the program.

Developing and tracking statistics for BUDS employee tracking (graduation rates, recidivism rates, post-program employment, etc).

Maintaining program participants’ records by reviewing case notes; loggings events and progress.

Networking with other organizations for case management, training, and career opportunities. 

Teaching/leading Bible studies and skill training meetings weekly.
