Housing Board

Hello! I’m looking for one guy to fill an empty room in my Englewood house. The house is about 10-15 minutes from Den Sem, depending on if you hit the lights well. The room is a basement room and comes unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. Move-in would be anytime between April 1st and May 1st. Rent is $700 a month plus a split of utilities. 

I’m an alum of the counseling program and the one other guy in the house just graduated from the school counseling program. I love to cook, spend time outside, and have friends over for dinner. I do have a 5-month-old golden retriever, and I’m not looking to add any other pets to the house now.
