1 Bedroom in Townhome with Family
My wife and I own a townhouse in southwest Littleton (12 minutes from the Den Sem campus) and would love to rent out our second bedroom! You would have your own bedroom (top floor) with a bathroom in the basement. Sorry for the stairs to get to the bathroom. Utilities included in monthly rent (Wifi, water, trash, laundry, etc.).
We both work full-time, but would love to help out a student or friend in need of a place to stay, short or long term. We have a dog and a cat that are both great animals. 2 living areas and a full kitchen. We have a twin bed you are more than welcome to use or feel free to bring any of your own bedroom furniture.
