Housing Board

Hi I’m a 68 yr young active single female.  I’m a Christian and attend Mosaic Church in Littleton.  I have a 3 bedroom 1 bath home located on a cul de sac.  I’m offering a furnished room with queen bed, dresser and nightstand.  It’s a quiet neighborhood with Lots of walking trails, bike paths close to Red Rocks and Bear Creek Park.  There would be street parking, shared bathroom, kitchen, and common area.    I have a big dog (15 month old yellow lab) who has tons of energy she’s still a puppy so must be tolerant.  I also have 6 chickens in the backyard so fresh eggs every day!  Sharing space can be hard so finding the right person is key!  There is Wi-Fi but no cable I do have Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney and a few others and a digital antenna so you can watch local channels.  There is a small TV in the room as well.    I can possibly be a little flexible on rent amount
