I am looking for one female to take over my lease in our beautiful apartment in the Lone Tree/ Highlands Ranch/ South Denver area. (I am a teacher and moving closer to my school in Elizabeth.) I would legally transfer the lease over to your name through our apartment leasing office (no fee!), and you would finish the lease July 1- September 25, 2022. Then you would have the option to renew the 12-month lease. This is a great option, as the rates are usually lower for lease extensions vs a brand-new lease! I have lived at Palomino Park for 6 years and absolutely love it!!
PRICE: You will split the rent 50/50 with Julie. You will each pay $867 per month. There is a $0 security deposit and a $15 application fee. The utilities are split evenly usually $150/person (this includes water/sewer/front door trash pick-up, Xcel, and Comcast). You get a lot for your money!
DESCRIPTION: The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural lighting! You will have your own large bedroom with amazing walk-in closet, large bathroom with large tub, hallway coat closet, hallway linen closet, and huge downstairs storage closet. The rooms are both located in their own corners of the apartment, and it is very quiet with lots of privacy.
NEED: We will need furniture in the main living spaces, as I will be taking most of it with me. You will also need a washer and dryer. (If you are looking to purchase them, I will be selling mine at the end of June.)
IDEAL ROOMMATE: for this apartment would be a student or young professional woman in her late 20s or 30s to live with my amazing roommate, Julie. We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, organized, kind, considerate, and lives a peaceful life. We appreciate a calm, quiet, and happy home. NO PETS please. NO SMOKING.
A BIT ABOUT JULIE: “I currently work from home (from my room) and my hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. I like to watch movies, paint, read, go to the pool, go on walks, and spend time with friends and family.”
AMENITIES: Palomino Park is a 180-acre community with 5 clubhouses. It is a peaceful place to live and is very green and well-landscaped with a great view of the mountains. The apartment is located at Quebec and 470- easy to get on I-25 or 470. It’s a 2 bed/2 bath floor-plan. On top of that, the complex has AMAZING amenities!
