Housing Board

I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo in Aurora, CO beginning June 1, 2022.  Amenities include a one care garage, pool, community center, off street parking in a nice residential neighborhood.  Condo is close to bike paths, shopping, and recreation centers.  Easy access to E-470, 225/ 25 corridor.

You will share kitchen and you are welcome to use my dishes/ utensils / cookware.  There is a dishwasher.  We will also share an in unit washer and dryer.

Renter will have their own bedroom and bathroom with large stall shower as well as use of the one car garage.  (some bigger cars do not fit).  Bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the unit so there is a nice amount of privacy.  

You will be sharing the condo with a mature Christian female with a very sweet 2 year old shepherd, hound mix named  Evelyn.

Dogs are allowed with a deposit and monthly fee of $15

You will need to complete a background and credit check that will be administered by the landlord.
