Hi everyone!

My two roommates are getting married so I’m in search for two new Christian ladies to begin a lease July 2023. TWO rooms are available – one for $680 and the other for $720. Xcel runs between $30 – $70 and xfinity is currently $17.10 each. Lease lengths are flexible 6months to a year. In unit washer and dryer as well!

This condo is located in a sweet spot in southeast Denver near DTC, Cherry Hills Village, Denver and Englewood. We are close to University of Denver, Wash Park, Park Meadows and less than 5 minutes away from the lightrail and less than 2 minutes from major highways. High Line Canal is right down the street as well, connected to a meadow! In the area Whole Foods/Sprouts and Natural Grocers are less than 5 minutes and King Soopers pretty much in either direction.

A little bit about me, I’m a working professional that works at a university fulltime. I will also be going back to school in the Fall part-time for my Masters. I love the church that I attend and am actively involved there. Also enjoy reading, hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

I would love to keep this space for community gatherings like small groups, game nights and dinners, and ladies that love the Lord! This is also a safe and peaceful neighborhood. I’m very neat and tend rise early and go to bed early as well.

This is a non-smoker/420 space.

No pets and a general rule of no male overnight guests.
