Housing Board

Hello, we are a Denver Seminary alumni family who will be leasing our home for 1 year while we are temporarily living in another state. We will be renting our first and second floors which are around 2600 sqft (this is the entirety of the house except the basement). There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. These floors can be partially furnished if needed. The rental also includes full access to the front and back yards, including a deck and patio with patio furniture. Our house is 5 miles from Denver Seminary. All utilities (electric, water, Wi-Fi, garbage, HOA) are included. This also includes access to the four Highlands Ranch Recreation Centers. As part of the rental agreement you will need to take care of the lawn and snow removal. The house is at the end of a long cul-de-sac that has direct access to open space trails leading to the Highlands Ranch Mansion and thousands of acres of Highlands Ranch backcountry. We will rent to families and married couples for $2850. If there are 3 single adults that would like to rent the house it would be $1000 per person. We are open to dogs for an additional $50 per month; no cats. We are asking for a 1 year lease starting sometime between June 15 and July 15 with one months rent deposit.
