Housing Board

Howdy. I am looking for 2-3 people to split rent at $2850 a month between 4-5 guys (not including utilities, which is about $30-70 depending on the month). The house is located in Harvey Park, it has three bedrooms upstairs (one is currently an office) that shares a bathroom, and two downstairs that shares a bathroom. We are looking for a few guys that would be down to join and be more friends than just roommates. Dog friendly.

We have a great backyard, safe area, and semi-furnished (you have to bring your own bedroom furniture). Earliest move-in May 31st. Please reach out to TJ for more info.
