Housing Board

We have an unfurnished room available in our 3 Bed/2 Bath bungalow near Downtown Littleton (1.6 miles from Denver Seminary) in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. The room includes a private, attached bathroom, a separate entrance, and a covered parking spot in our garage. The kitchen and living room are shared. The home has a large backyard, hot tub, and even a chicken coup (although, we are chickenless). 

A little bit about us: There are three adults (a married couple and a single male) and a spunky 20-month-old toddler in the home. We all attended Denver Seminary (well, except the little one). We are easy-going and relational. We value community. We would give you the space to interact or retreat, depending on what you need. Our 20-month-old housemate makes noise during the daytime and early evening, which is something to consider in a smaller space. Although, we try to get him out of the house often. 

A few notable items: The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom you would occupy. However, we are flexible and can easily create a laundry schedule based on what works best for you. We are looking for a non-smoker. Our landlord does not allow cats. Dogs are an option, preferably a smaller, hypoallergenic dog.
