Hello! Looking for three ladies to fill three open rooms in a four bedroom house in Arvada/Westminster (off 80th and Sheridan) for this next year, with move in on/around August 1st. Great location in northwest Denver, 15 minutes to RiNo, 20 minutes to Boulder. Walking distance to lovely Lake Arbor.
The house is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – two available bedrooms upstairs with great light and closets with a shared upstairs bathroom.
The finished basement downstairs has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom (only one of the bedrooms in the basement is available for rent, with closet).
Sadly, no pets allowed. 
Please no smoking or vaping. Washer/Dryer in basement. There is a dishwasher, central heating. Rooms are not furnished. Plenty of street parking, as well as covered driveway.
