Housing Board

We are renting our newly finished basement soon in Aurora off Buckley and Yale! Two bedroom: Master bedroom with a walk in closet, one non-conforming bedroom with a small window and closet, one bathroom, full kitchen. Shared entrance through the garage, potential for the occasional use of the backyard/grill. We will need to come downstairs to do laundry and occasionally access a storage room. Strictly no smoking/vaping of any kind, including THC/nicotine. We anticipate being fully prepared for renters on May 1, possibly sooner.
