Full basement (walkout with 2 rooms, living space and bathroom) is available for $1000.
1 upstairs room with bathroom is available for $850.
Utilities, water, trash, internet, etc split equally per person.
Unfortunately no pets.
Flexible lease- month to month, 6 month or 1 year.
