Housing Board

Two roommates are moving out because one of them is buying a home and they’re moving in together! Looking for 2 roommates to contribute to our community; we enjoy spending time together and adventuring but also love our alone time in our rooms. We keep common spaces clean and it’s a relaxing environment. Two rooms are available: one move in date is May 20th and the other is July 1st. Both are year long leases. There’s a washer and dryer in the townhome, an available parking space to rent, and we accept animals (depending on size and breed)! The location is 8 minutes from Denver Seminary, we’re off 285 so it’s a straight shot to the mountains, yet we’re close to authentic pho places on Federal.
