Housing Board

Hi!   I have a 2600+ sq foot home in Highlands Ranch…that’s 16 minutes from Denver Seminary if you drive sub sonic speeds.

• You get a quiet place to study
• 2600+ sq ft house with numerous common spaces to share
• On site Laundry
• Large grass backyard and deck
• Wifi and multiple streaming services
• Use of a full kitchen
• Movie theater in the basement
• MTB single track trails close by
• Shared common spaces
• Cul-de-sac with drive way parking
• Many parks and open spaces

What I am asking:

• Respectful male or female roommate/s
• Clean up after yourself and keep the bathroom clean
• Room and shared bathroom $750+ utilities or Room and private bathroom for you $1100+ utilities
  • If you want a room and bathroom for yourself I’m asking for the $1100 but if you are willing to share the bathroom and preferably if you have another person to rent the other room and share the bathroom I’ll drop the monthly rent for you $350/month
• 1 month damage deposit and 1 month notice when moving out would be great

About me:

      I am a 44 y.o. male recently divorced with two grown step daughters who don’t live at home. I am a firefighter and gone quite a bit so you would have the house to yourself regularly. I attend Red Rocks Church and I am a believer.  I am okay with you having friends over but if you are wanting a bigger gathering some notice would be nice and I would do the same.  I don’t expect help with chores around the property but if you don’t want to clean your spaces then just hire a cleaner. I am not 420 friendly nor okay with smoking so neither is allowed at the house.

If you need I can provide a full size bed and a dresser.
