Housing Board

I’m looking for a roommate this summer (the earlier the better…can be flexible). I’m open to finding a place together or an existing situation. There are a lot of great options for 2 bedrooms right now- hoping to stay within the $1100-1200 range (per person).  Areas are DTC, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Littleton, and can be open to others too. I would love to find a apt that’s quiet (not right next to the highway), and has good light and covered parking options. I like meeting new people and making new friends.

About me- non-smoker, policy professional, and enjoy doing things with people but am independent and like quiet time too. I have 2 well-behaved, shy, senior rescue cats who can adjust to another mellow dog or cat.  I’m over 35, and age in a roommate doesn’t matter as much to me as does finding a good fit.
