I am in the middle of a divorce and have one 17 year old teenager. The two of us are typically very quiet. I have extra living space in the basement that I would love to share. It is quiet, bright and perfectly suitable for studying, sleeping and recharging. I know this because I used to use the space quiet often!

It is about 15 minutes from Denver Seminary and is near many coffee shops, restaurants and Park Meadows mall. The location could not be any better for you!

It is steps away from open space and miles and miles of walking trails

I have about a 2700+ sq foot home in Highlands Ranch with quiet outdoor common space to enjoy our amazing Colorado sunshine.

Kitchen is space used for cooking only. Leave the kitchen just as you found it please. Meals may be enjoyed in your own private space.

No common area except the back porch. You may enjoy relaxing in your bright, private oasis.

Keep the laundry room tidy

1-2 guests of yours are welcome in your space. No overnight guests please.

The back porch is a common space that may be used at anytime.

Requesting a respectful male or female roommate

Keep the basement tidy, oder free and keep your private bathroom clean. It will not be cleaned for you. You must supply your own cleaning supplies.

Upon move in $900 will be collected for damage deposit as well as $900 + utilities for the month. Cash only is requested.

Room and private bathroom $900+ utilities ($450 + utilities, every two weeks please)

1 month damage deposit and 1 month notice before moving out is requested

Shoes must be removed before entering house

1 pull out couch with mattress (if you choose to sleep on the couch, you will be responsible for any bedding, mattress additions such as foam mattress topper)

You may rearrange (not the TV) the area to fit your living style, currently there are kiddos games being stored on bookshelves which I am happy to remove as you move in

Door to basement for privacy

Entrance is just to the top of stairs.

There is not any closet space, so you will need to figure out storage on your own.

You may bring additional furniture as needed.

External speakers and TV must be kept to a minimum volume, respectfully

About me:

I am a single mom who is still working through a divorce. We are believers and know God is our compass. We are pretty easy going and laid back. I work from home occasionally. Your living space is wonderful as I have spent a lot of time there as well.
