White Rock Baptist Church (WRBC) in White Rock, New Mexico, is seeking to call a full-time Associate Pastor (AP) to minister alongside our senior pastor and use their calling to shepherd and disciple the congregation. The AP will plan, organize, and implement ministry in a way that strengthens the overall life of WRBC while promoting spiritual formation and cultivating relationships within the body of Christ. The AP will be expected to work with other ministry leaders and with families to support the Christian education of all children from birth to adulthood. However, the main focus of this position is the Youth Ministry. The ideal candidate must be committed to the authority and sufficiency of Scripture, and will be expected to occasionally preach on Sunday mornings.
