Strong leadership and initiative talents! A smaller church that requires someone who is personable, loves and respects an older population, isn’t afraid to look around and perform ordinary, almost menial tasks all the way to developing and executing programs that foster unity, growth and mature understanding of the Bible within the church body.

This small church has over 5 acres of property with multiple buildings/housing. Someone who can balance care of our congregation and maintenance of properties from harsher winter elements. Can you help paint and teach a Bible class? Can you grill out food for our weekly fellowships and simultaneously deliver a biblical sermon Sunday morning? Are you flexible?

Many days have changing priorities and this role requires someone who can seamlessly transcend from pastoral leadership to project management and to elder care. One who loves people and naturally reaches out to connect and serve them. A person who values the concept of a church family vs formal congregation. One who treats the church as they would their own home, looking for ways to improve and care for Gods house in an exemplary manner. A person who has ideas of how to leverage the church properties for additional ministries that will impact our community for Christ, a great communicator who values collaboration with the lead pastor, demonstrates a good attitude and is excited about having a flock to co-shepherd!
