Certification Program Coordinator
The BACB offers 3 NCCA-accredited programs (BCBA, BCaBA, RBT). All are delivered via computer-based testing. The Program Coordinator interacts regularly with BACB members, staff, leadership, and other third-party vendors. The Program Coordinator position reports to the Certification Program Manager and requires a positive attitude, good communication, flexibility, as well as time and project management skills. Candidate should be organized, detailed oriented, self-motivated and able to set and meet priorities under changing conditions while focused on a collaborative team culture.
The BACB® is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1998 to meet professional credentialing needs identified by behavior analysts, governments, and consumers of behavior analysis services. We are located in Littleton, CO with beautiful views of the adjacent mountains.

Ongoing program evaluation and analysis in the form of data extraction, exam performance tracking, reports, surveys and summaries.
Manage testing item bank platform and assist in developing and overseeing Subject Matter Experts (SME) exam development tasks.
Proofread and edit exam items in various stages of the item development process
Manage SME activities including meeting planning, SME recruitment, travel planning, SME communications, and documentation.
Assist Certification Program Manager with other projects as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support role
Proficiency with Excel preferred
Working with volunteers a plus
BACB certification a plus
Experience coordinating examinations within a standards-based profession a plus
Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, video conferencing, and media presentation equipment. The BACB is a tobacco-free workplace.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel: Minimal travel is expected for this position.
