Chaplaincy
Chaplin
AllHealth Network, a not-for-profit community mental health center located adjacent to Denver Seminary, is seeking a part-time chaplain to come on site 2 days a week to provide spiritual support for clients at our Acute Treatment Unit (ATU) and Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU).
The arrangement could be for 1:1 availability to meet with clients and/or to offer a group/educational format for any of our clients who would like to participate. Ideally this would be for 60-90 minutes at our ATU and then 60-90 minutes at our CSU on the same day plus documentation time two days a week (a total of approximately 6-8 hours per week). We are open 7 days a week and can be flexible about which two days of the week or times would be best. All COVID precautions in place for clients and staff.
Qualifications:
– An M.Div degree or equivalent theological training required as well as 4 units of ACPE Clinical Pastoral Education.
– 1 year of non-CPE chaplaincy experience preferred.
– Prior experience providing support to individuals with psychiatric and substance use conditions strongly preferred.
This is a non-benefit eligible position. The hourly rate is $31 an hour.
