About the Job
This critical member of our team must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, oversee day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced counseling office, and provide a range of support to founders, staff, and clients.


Greet and care for our clients with understanding and hospitality
Manage multiple calendars including crucial information and details
Communicate effectively with clients in written and verbal formats
Assist with clinical documents and record keeping
Provide executive assistance to our founders
Maintain office and program supplies, reception area, staff kitchen
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and shipping
Support therapists and staff by managing daily, weekly, and monthly task-specific projects
Staff meeting logistics
Prepare new client documents and supplies

About You
Minimum of three years of experience working in administrative support
Competent in Google Suite and strong ability to learn new apps as needed
Team player who goes the extra mile
Effective manager of time and energy
Provide a warm presence and be comfortable interacting with a variety of clients, many of whom are in marital crisis
Strong attention to detail and the flexibility to move from macro to micro and back again
Punctual, reliable, self-starting, and able to self-monitor
Strong sense of presence and ability to quickly connect with others
Diplomatic and skilled conversationalist in both written and verbal form
Ability to anticipate needs of clients and staff and initiate helpful solutions
Positive and natural “can-do” attitude
Trustworthy and able to adhere to the RTS Client Confidentiality policy
