Team Members in the Front Office, whose Primary Focus is Customer Care, are responsible for serving customers, ensuring their time with us is AWESOME. They do this through email, phone and in person, answering questions, entering orders, ensuring orders are delivered on time and accurately.
Other responsibilities include order entry for partners, data work, excel spreadsheet work, admin work, working in our various sales channels, marketing, helping with new product development, design work and others.
Lots of opportunity to learn new things and work on a variety of tasks. Some are based on skill set and experience, and some on a as needed basis. Some tasks include product development, marketing, laser engraving, purchasing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Full time preferred, some flexibility around schedule and hours available
Pay based on experience and abilities
Experience: Should have experience and be very comfortable with computers, computer shortcuts, excel. Must be able to multi task/switch tasks and work on variety of projects within same time period. Comfortable communicating with people essential – in person, phone, email, text.
Based on experience and skill set, some telecommuting may be available after an initial time period.
