Main Duties
In collaboration with the Digital Learning Coordinator, the Digital Learning Intern researches and compiles curated content from a wide variety of web sources to build learning paths that live on Hope for Justice’s Learning Academy Portal. This position will also collaborate with business and human trafficking/human rights leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), key stakeholders, program owners, and other internal and external professionals to identify relevant topic areas related to human trafficking. This is a perfect role for someone who is familiar with learning theory, who is research oriented with a genuine passion for social justice, an eye for details, timelines, and structure, and for someone who enjoys learning and applying new technology, and building global relationships. This role will be supervised by the Digital Learning Manager.

 

 

Responsibilities:

·        Researching and leveraging a variety of web-based sources to identify relevant and engaging multi-media (videos, articles, social media, etc.) learning assets for specific topics

·        Interviewing and collaborating with subject matter experts within the organization and externally

·        Building high quality, multi-media digital instructional learning paths for online deployment
