Position Purpose: To provide a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate educational environment, guided by Christian values, for individual and group activities within our Early Learning Center.

Educational Expertise:

• ECT Qualified (PDIS Level 2 or higher)
• Familiar with state licensing requirements
• Design and implement creative lesson plans

Classroom Management:

• Conduct weekly lesson planning meetings with co-teachers
• Supervise and guide children in a loving, constructive approach
• Ensure a safe and clean learning environment

Communication:

• Maintain open lines of communication with parents, staff, and Director
• Conduct Parent/Teacher Conferences

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in staff meetings, training, and school functions
• Uphold the values and mission of Bethlehem Lutheran Day School
