The Converge Rocky Mountain Executive Assistant orchestrates smooth interaction between Converge Rocky Mountain staff and partner churches. Together we are seeking to transform lives and communities for God’s glory throughout the Rocky Mountain West and beyond.  The Executive Assistant must be an organizational genius, creating and refining office systems that will facilitate excellent information management, clear partner church interaction, and efficient office management. Excellent people, and writing skills are needed to be successful in this position. Event planning is also an important part of the job.  The Executive Assistant works closely with the CRM Regional President, assisting him with a variety of tasks. Since the Regional President is often on the road, the Executive Assistant must be a self-starter, self-supervised and maintain a strong work ethic to carry projects to completion.  They should also like to have fun. Applicants must agree with the Converge Statement of Faith and the vision/values of Converge Rocky Mountain.
