The Company:

Restoring the Soul is a non-profit Christian counseling ministry that specializes in intensive clinical soul care for those who are looking to heal and grow. We offer 1 or 2 week counseling intensives on-site at our beautiful Denver office for individuals or couples who are either working through current brokenness or hoping to proactively address potential future conflict or struggles. Often our clients, whether clergy or lay people, come having already sought more traditional counseling or care without success. Each intensive is highly individualized to the needs of each individual or couple, and this allows for incredible transformation over the course of the intensive. 

Restoring the Soul as an organization is in a season of growth and looking to set up systems to help us effectively manage and harness this growth to reach more individuals.

The Position:

This executive assistant will directly report to and support the work of Restoring the Soul’s founder and CEO. The ideal candidate will perform traditional executive assistant tasks such as managing the founder’s email, schedule, and travel. However, they will also work as a project manager on the founder’s multiple initiatives which include a highly successful podcast, prolific writing responsibilities, and speaking engagements. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the founder’s email communications, scheduling, and travel, both personally and professionally
  • Set clear priorities surrounding the founder’s time and key initiatives – podcast, writing, and speaking –  and provide support to execute ideas involving these initiatives
  • Harness extensive former client network to fundraise and manage overall client relations
  • Interface with marketing and content management team for Restoring the Soul
  • Assist founder in training and developing counselors for the organization
  • Put in place systems to organize and automate key processes for the founder

 

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Counseling or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of executive assistant experience 
  • Prior project management experience is highly preferred
  • Detail-oriented, but with the ability to also see the bigger picture
  • Gifted written and oral communicator
  • High degree of initiative and confidence
  • Vibrant and dynamic personal faith, with openness to contemplative spiritual practices
  • Proficiency with technology and technological products – previous exposure to or experience with ActiveCampaign would be an asset

Salary + Benefits:
