Facilities Manager
College Church in Wheaton is looking for a Facilities Manager!
This role provides overall managerial supervision of College Church personnel, facilities, grounds maintenance and capital improvements alongside the Director of Facilities.
A successful candidate will be positive, love people, be able to work well with others, be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent verbal and written skills. We would like a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, a knowledge of basic building trades and the ability to work independently. Experience in the hospitality industry and project management is a plus. This 40 hour position comes with an excellent benefits package, paid time off, paid holidays, and a great work environment. In lieu of college education, trade certifications would be acceptable.
The set schedule for this role is : Sunday through Wednesday (6 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and Thursday (2 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Fridays and Saturdays are regular days off.

Applicants must be able to:
Ascend and descend stairs
Lift and transport 50 pounds
Push and pull maintenance equipment
Be able to move/transport tables and chairs
Have an excellent attendance record
Have a willingness to learn new tasks and functions
Observe safety guidelines and follow established procedures
Dress appropriately for our environment
Be able to read and understand English as all supervisory direction is in English
