Job Overview: 

To manage H2TF’s social media accounts and help build a strong community of followers/donors.  

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Manage Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. 
2. Create vibrant content and graphics on Canva.
3. Increase following by posting engaging content and spreading the word. 
4. Maintain social media calendar to organize the scheduling of posts and content.
5. Research relevant news and important information to share with H2TF audience. 
6. Evaluate the followership data and make recommendations/decisions on how to improve and continue growing.  
7. Update H2TF website with new content when necessary. 

Qualifications: 

1. Must be comfortable in using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Canva.. 
2. Self-directed, motivated, creative and energetic.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Cross cultural competencies demonstrated by the ability and desire to work with different cultures.
5. Must work well as a part of a team
6. Commitment to the mission, vision and values of H2TF.
7. Clean nationwide criminal background check.
