About the Position

Hospitality is just one of the ways we connect and show we care to our community. Our Hospitality Coordinator accelerates our impact under the mentorship of our Operation’s Director through the ministry planning process for weddings, funerals, memorials services.

This part-time position has the flexibility to work upcoming events and provide organization, logistical insights and serve as the primary event planner for Celebration of Life events on the FBC Campus. These services are scheduled Monday-Saturday during business hours.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Publisher. They are a quick-learner who loves a fast-paced environment and collaborates in a teachable and warm-hearted manner. Our team values independent workers who accept accountability for assignments and manages relationships with integrity and healthy conflict resolution.

They collaborate with our staff team to connect the attention to detail needed for managing ministry data with the communication and engagement of volunteer coordination. Using excellent communication, they plan and execute ministry events using ministry resources.
