Position Summary: The HR Coordinator supports the dedicated Alternatives team by undertaking responsibility for various organizational human resources functions. This position provides coordination and support in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees. The HR Coordinator is also responsible for overseeing employee benefits, Employee Handbook, Employee Operations Manual, and Policies and Procedures Manual.
