This role provides coordination and oversight of Human Resources administration and services for Communitas International, including in the areas of assessment/placement/hiring of new missionary and operations staff, staff retention and technology support, and HR administration including payroll and benefits. Also responsible for compliance with all local and national laws in countries where we have staff, in coordination with outsourced HR Administration consultant.
