At Shiloh House we strive to achieve positive change within individuals and our community. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team at our Centennial facility as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. 

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Provide clinical oversight for day treatment and residential youth at the Shiloh House Family Resource Pavilion.
  • Provide direct therapy as directed and as needed. Caseload will be determined as needed based on census and as assigned by the Clinical Director.
  • Oversight of daily programming which includes organizational activities (i.e. groups, tasks, recreation, ongoing milieu therapy coordination) and day to day operating functions including, but not limited to, classroom coverage, etc.
  • Acts as a role model/leader to supervisees. Supervisor acts as a backup to employees on an as needed basis and can delegate appropriately.
  • Ensures timely and complete coordination and documentation related to state standards and regulations.
  • Provides support, resources, and interventions for teachers and other educational personnel.
  • Maintain availability and provide necessary support/supervision/intervention for crisis situations on an on-going basis.
  • Promote standards of care within the facility that at a minimum meet standards established by State of Colorado regulations, COA, the Colorado Department of Education and county contracts, as well as any and all other licensing entities.
  • Coordinate with Residential Supervisor and Director of Education on an on-going basis to ensure stability and excellent communication between residential, education and clinical services.
  • Provide on-going supervision to clinicians and interns, as designated by the Clinical Director evident through written documentation of supervision at minimum monthly. This will include the provision of licensure supervision for LCSW candidates throughout the agency.
  • Provide co-therapy for clinicians, interns and other necessary clinical services to support the requirements for the Department of Regulatory Agencies, under the employee’s direct supervision.
  • Assist teachers in monitoring progress and tracking of student growth. 
  • The employee will maintain statistical information needed for tracking grants, outcome measures and other funding sources as directed by the supervisor on an ongoing basis.
  • The employee oversees completion of documentation of clinical work (individual, group and family notes, as well as assessments, treatment plans, social histories and other documentation) as mandated by Medicaid requirements, COA, VOI VII, and county contracts. Completion is defined as written, edited, reviewed and signed by licensed/designated mental health professional and filed in the client file.
  • Engages families and provides communication and support to families/guardians of youth regarding SH services and community referrals.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Shiloh House management.

  • Centennial

Schedule: Generally M-F business hours, but must be consistent with client and clinical needs. Employee must be flexible for possible weekend shifts. Based on client needs, there may be a requirement to work one weekend day and/or late afternoons or evenings in order to best serve the needs of families.

Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $57,048 and $59,220 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

  • The Licensed Clinical Social Worker position requires a Master’s Degree and LCSW in the Social Work field
  • The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be licensed in their discipline, and a history of ethical practice will be demonstrated through a search of the grievance board database, as well as by not being listed on the Central Registry. 
  • The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will also be experienced in the provision of therapeutic programming and intervention. The candidate must also have experience working with at-risk youth.
  • The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be supervised by the Clinical Director. 
  • Must have a valid CO driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record
  • Must be willing to pass FBI fingerprint & child abuse database background checks
  • Preferred but not required qualifications include experience in a school social work capacity and experience working with youth on the Autism Spectrum
