About the Role
Serving with our FBC Staff Team is more than an administrative position. Our Ministry Administration Team collaborates to connect the attention to detail needed for managing ministry data with the communication and engagement of volunteer coordination. Using excellent communication, we also plan and execute ministry events and energizing local outreach opportunities using ministry resources. This position is full-time with benefits. They work Monday-Friday and occasional weekend and evening support.
The Ideal Candidate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Publisher & Calendar management
• Strong organizational, administrative, and technology skills
• Event planning and volunteer coordination experience preferred
• Warm-hearted & loves people
• Relational communication style, self-aware & teachable
• Quick learner who loves a fast-paced environment
• Aligns with FBC’s mission, vision, strategy, and doctrine
• Maintains healthy relationships
• Accepts accountability and has a history of healthy conflict resolution
