We are seeking an experienced Ministry Partner Specialist who is responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with partners who give to The Task Unfinished (TTU) Fund. This is accomplished primarily through voice-to-voice interactions and creating a community among these Ministry Partners.

Major Responsibilities:

Ministry Partner Engagement

• Engage with The Task Unfinished Ministry Partners through voice-to-voice interactions.
• Write thank you notes to first-time givers to The Task Unfinished Fund.
• Make phone calls to first-time givers to The Task Unfinished Fund.
• Help with planning and hosting the quarterly TTU Ministry Partner zoom calls.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions with ministry partners using fundraising software.
• Monitor results and activities within the fundraising software.

Development Strategy & Support

• Collaborate with the Development Strategy Team to explore new ways to encourage and equip The Task Unfinished Ministry Partners.
• Help with planning and hosting the quarterly New Ministry Partner Zoom call.
• Connect with project leaders to be updated on current projects.
• Help with writing public audience updates for organizational ministry partners.
