Missions + Outreach Coordinator
Focus: Utilize relationship building to carry out the TBF Missions Ministry vision and strategy. A Passion to see the local church make an impact in the community, share the Gospel, and reach the world through Local and Global Missions outreach.
Responsible for carrying out the Missions vision and strategy for local + global Missions outreach.
Provide leadership and direction for all local outreach initiatives at the church, including volunteers, community relations, ministry partners, and outreach events.
Prioritize the recruitment and development of leaders who catch the missional DNA of the church and lead out in their groups relative to local/national/international missions.
Cultivate relationships with various mission partners to develop mission team opportunities for engagement while on mission trips.
Provide administrative leadership for long-range planning, budgeting, and calendar coordination.
Continually grow the ministry with qualified leaders so that responsibilities are shared by capable people.
Continually look for ways to integrate the Missions Ministry with other TBF ministry areas.
Other duties as assigned that support the health and functioning of TBF.
Demonstrates a stable and mature relationship with Christ.
Maintain a disciplined life of spiritual growth through worship, Bible reading, prayer and sharing the gospel.
Emotional health and balance to handle multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously.

Passion for serving the local church.
Detail Oriented + Self Motivated.
Discipleship experience: guiding leaders, volunteer management, experience leading small groups.
Desire to build relationships with a wide range of people.
Heart for community building, equipping, and encouraging leaders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear and effective.
Demonstrated competency in the following software applications:
Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, Calendar)
Mac Operating System
Successful goal setting, follow-up, and achievement skills.
Ability to focus and specialize on specific tasks.
Ability to solve practical problems.
