Office Assistant – Part-time
This role serves as an assistant to the Customer Service Coordinator. There will be a variety of office and customer service tasks. We are looking for a highly motivated person that is a quick learner and is self-starter and friendly. There will be some interaction with customers.
In our small office environment, we need a person that is flexible and takes direction from supervisor. Written and verbal communication skills are a must. Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel are a plus!

- Setup customers in QuickBooks
- Schedule Jobs
- Invoice jobs & accept payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- High school diploma
- Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel very helpful
