Position Available Title: Office Manager
Reports to: Executive Pastor
Church: Valley View Christian Church, 11004 Wildfield Lane, Littleton, CO 80125

Purpose: The office manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating
office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational
effectiveness and efficiency throughout the individual departments,
ministries, groups, membership, and leadership of the church.

Part Time Hours per week: 25-30 hours

-Support the strategy of Valley View Christian Church and implement it within the operations of the church

Requested Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
-Able to adapt to various software packages and online services
-Basic knowledge of office equipment

Anticipated Responsibilities
-Oversight of all administrative tasks and recordkeeping
-Customer support (phone calls, visitors, emails)
-Oversee Facility Use (room requests – internal & external)
-Support Accounting (monthly expense reports, process reimbursements, and pay bills)
-Elders Support (reports, and communications)
-Member Support (reports, and communications)
-Background Check submission and tracking
-Support administrative needs of each department
-Supervise/maintain office workroom
-Maintain digital files
-Maintain Master Calendar for all events in the facility and off site
-Van & vehicle scheduling
-Membership Assimilation process (track communication, membership status, and maintain database)
-Human Resource support (reporting payroll, tracking PTO, maintaining employee files)
-Administer Health Reimbursement Account for eligible employees
-Oversee Vendors List and Ordering Activity
