Description:
We are seeking a full-time or part-time pastor to lead our congregation with biblical preaching and teaching. We would also consider Pulpit Supply on a weekly basis. The pastor must engage the congregation and encourage the spiritual growth of all who worship with us. The following is a list of expectations:
- Lead Sunday morning worship, except for vacation and study leave.
- Explore the development of opportunities for all ages to unite in Christian education and fellowship activities.
- Do pastoral calling on sick, shut-ins, and prospective members.
- Willing to work with the Session to conduct their vision for the church.
- Provide pastoral counseling to help parishioners overcome conflict in relationships and in the bonds of marriage, etc.
