– Pastor

The Big Picture Saint James Evangelical Lutheran Church (125-140 Pre-Covid) is seeking a full-time pastor guided by God’s Word to provide spiritual leadership to our members and help us spread the Gospel.

The Community Holland, Indiana is a small town with a big heart located conveniently between Louisville, KY and Evansville, IN. In conjunction with St. James, the town is home to four fellow churches. Children in the community attend a Blue-Ribbon elementary school and can enjoy our beautiful town park. Through the year many town events take place and community members often socialize at Holland’s own ice cream shop throughout the summer months. The town also supports several small businesses including a medical clinic, dental clinic, a Prairie Farms dairy site, Blesch’s gas station, a print shop, and a childcare center. The town is surrounded by miles of rolling farmland and our proud farmers are supported locally by Blesch Bros Equipment. Members of St. James also enjoy regular fellowship and county wide events with our brothers and sisters in several neighboring communities including Huntingburg, Ferdinand, and Jasper.
