Traditions is a vibrant community of approximately 75-80 people whose worship is fueled by hymns, more traditional praise choruses and worship elements within the context of the larger Christ Community family of 2500 people.  The Pastor of Traditions is responsible for planning and leading weekly worship services which utilize the video of the Main Sanctuary teaching pastor for the weekly message, as well as the pastoral care of the Traditions community, and oversight of the larger ministry of Traditions.  This person will also be a vital colleague and partner with our overall pastoral team of 15.   Christ Community is in fellowship with the Evangelical Free Church of America, and is committed to both the Word and Spirit in its approach to ministry locally, regionally, and internationally.
