The DCC Pastoral Residency program seeks to create space for real-world learning and development for those pursuing a call to pastoral ministry. While university and seminary can provide an educational foundation for pastoral work, learning from and alongside practitioners and church leaders is a crucial component to understanding your calling and learning what type of ministry context you want to be in. We hope that our residency program will attract like-minded individuals who could see DCC as their church home while they are with us.

DCC is looking for up to 2 pastoral residents to join our team for a year long intensive experience. We are a post-evangelical Christian community in the heart of Denver (16th and Pearl) With a staff of 14 and an average weekly attendance of 300+ adults, 80+ kids and 30+ teenagers, we are a vibrant and growing church. Our residents will get the opportunity to work along side numerous ministry areas over the course of their 12 months with us, getting to sample the many different tasks, expectations and experiences of life in pastoral ministry. From Teaching to Missions, Kids to Hospitality, our aim is to give residents a 360 degree view of all that pastoral ministry can offer to help refine and focus each residents calling and passion.
