Who Are We Looking For?

If you are eager to grow your understanding of church ministry, expand your ministry skillset, and have a clear call and passion for ministry, the Resident Program at Foothills Bible Church is for you. It will prepare you, through active mentorship, to develop the character and skills for successful ministry leadership.

Foothills Bible Church is a unique, dynamic, non-denominational, Christian church located along the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Littleton, Colorado. Roughly 1,600 people call FBC their home church and attend one of our 2 Sunday morning worship services. FBC is excited to continue growing as we live out our Vision – Everyone’s Welcome because nobody’s perfect and God has BIG plans for your life.

Littleton is a vibrant community with significant industries in engineering, technology, and healthcare on the westside of Denver. It’s the best of 2 worlds: the conveniences of modern society within 10 minutes of the rugged outdoors. Outdoor recreation and leisure are deeply ingrained in our culture regardless of the season! You will find this creates a blend of people in different life-stages who appreciate positive attitudes, relational experiences, and down to earth communication.

Why FBC?

FBC’s 2-year residency program provides an insightful, growth opportunity as Residents learn church culture and rhythms. The first year of the program includes an opportunity to serve under the guidance of multiple ministry programs, insights into church operations, and a weekly mentorship program. The second year of the residency program allows a targeted opportunity to serve in specific ministry areas of interest and passion based on gifting and abilities.

Are You a Great Fit for Our Team?

  • Beliefs align with FBC’s mission, vision, strategy, and doctrine
  • Soon-to-be or recent college graduate who loves people and has a call to ministry
  • A desire to be a lifelong learner who is self-aware and teachable
  • Accepts accountability and has a history of healthy conflict resolution

Salary & Benefits

The Residency Program is a 2-year commitment of approximately 20 hours a week with compensation included. Our next residency cycle begins January 2022.
