Job Responsibilities:

• Sales & Cultivation: 

• Successfully complete all Peak Roofing Trainings

• Network and drive sales 

• Utilize company resources to successfully get sales

• Utilize company collateral to drive sales

• Cultivate areas and relationships with customers 

• Embody professionalism while with customers and dress the part for success

• General Staff:

• Live out Peak Roofings values in an evident and clear manner

• Be present at strategic meetings with outside vendors and others as requested

• Work in a manner that champions mission, strategy and goals of Peak Roofing

• Present oneself professionally in exterior interactions with customers and vendors

• Administrative:

• Attends weekly team meetings and other meetings as requested

• Meets consistently with Peak Roofing staff for sales training and product knowledge

• Communication:

• Ensure clear and unified communication within company teams

• Use company software to ensure tasks are being completed

Character and Competencies: 

• Passionate about the mission and vision of Peak Roofing 

• Self-starter & initiator

• Able to review and analyze projects for sales

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Positive attitude and approach to problem solving

• Demonstrated leadership competencies: 

• Executive organization plans

• Make decisions that guard the profitability of projects and company

• Build and manage project budgets

• Coordinate people and projects to achieve goals set by company leadership

• Manage work environment and resources

 

Work Environment: 

• Works at a computer and desk in office or remote as determined by supervisor

• Meets at job sites with customers and production teams

• Meets at restaurants or vendor offices as necessary
