The First Baptist Church in Aberdeen, SD, is searching for a full-time Senior Pastor.
The First Baptist Church is affiliated with American Baptist Churches of the Dakotas and ABCUSA. First Baptist Church is a vibrant church family with excellent lay leadership and attractive facilities. The congregation desires an evangelistic Senior Pastor who is gifted in preaching, church growth, leadership, and nurturing the fellowship of the church. The salary portion of the compensation package is in the range of $55,000 – $65,000, with additional benefits in the range of $20,000 – $30,000, negotiable depending upon education and experience.
