More detailed information including city and church demographics, Statement of Faith and Bi-Laws, responsibilities of the Senior Pastor position and the application process is available on the church’s website noted under contact information below.

Ministry Opportunity:

With the retirement of our former Pastor of more than 30 years, CMC is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to Shepherd the congregation of about 230 members.

Church and Community Background:

Just miles from the Lake Michigan shoreline in southeast Wisconsin, CMC is located in a residential portion of the city of Racine, which has a population of around 80,000 including surrounding villages and townships.

The church is non-denominational and celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2015. History includes a low turnover of Pastoral leadership and a strong emphasis on missions. It is lead by an Elder Board with a Youth Ministries Pastor and Family Ministry Pastor on staff.

Overview of Senior Pastor:

The Senior Pastor’s job description is to be the Shepherd of a local church with whole-hearted love for GOD and Christ-like love for people.

Our full Senior Pastor Profile listing of biblical requirements with primary responsibilities and expectations are accessible on the CMC website listed below.
