Job Description
The Senior Pastor, as the chief administrative officer of the church, shall administer the total program of the church, implement the policies of the Session (Church Elders), and supervise the staff. Here are core commitments required of the Senior Pastor:

• To believe the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the inspired Word of God, the authority for faith and practice.
• To remain faithful to the call to the ministry from love of God and neighbor with a sincere desire to glorify God and advance His Kingdom in the world.
• To be zealous and faithful, as God enables, in maintaining the truths of the gospel and the purity and peace of the church, irrespective of any opposition that may arise.
• To be faithful and diligent as a Christian and a minister of the gospel, and to endeavor in public and private not to give offense to Christ and His church.
